Welcome to AE88 — a trusted and licensed online betting platform for the Malaysia market. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and AE88 as the platform operator. By registering an account or using any part of this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all rules set out herein.

AE88 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, we will endeavour to notify members via email or in-platform notification in the event of significant changes. Account Registration & Eligibility

To register an AE88 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception. AE88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure compliance with these requirements.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the date of registration.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account. Multiple accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date should any changes occur, such as your email address or phone number.
• AE88 reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason.
• The KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.

Your account information is securely stored using 256-bit SSL encryption and will not be shared with any third party without your consent, except as required by law or the relevant authorities.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions

AE88 supports a variety of popular local payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set for each payment method.

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 for all supported payment methods.
• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 and will be processed within 15 minutes (VIP) to 2 hours (standard members).
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your AE88 account.
• AE88 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals.
• Any attempt to process transactions through a third party or use another person's payment information is strictly prohibited.
• AE88 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

• A 100% welcome bonus of up to RM 388 is available for new members making their first qualifying deposit.
• The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in its respective promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or directly converted to cash.
• AE88 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus obtained through unfair means or in violation of our rules.
• Each promotion has a set validity period. Bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically.

Game Rules & Wagering

All games offered on the AE88 platform — including Live Casino, Slots, Sports Betting, and football betting — are subject to their respective game-specific rules in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. All games use an RNG (Random Number Generator) system that has been independently certified by a qualified third party.

• All game outcomes are determined randomly and fairly by a certified RNG system. There is no intervention from AE88 whatsoever.
• Any technical outcome deemed final by the game system is accepted as conclusive. Chargebacks will not be entertained on the grounds of dissatisfaction with a game result.
• The use of any automation software, bots, or tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, AE88 reserves the right to void or replay the affected round at our discretion.
• For Sports Betting, all confirmed bets are final. Changes or cancellations are not permitted once a bet has been confirmed.
• Odds and wagering limits may change at any time and AE88 is not liable for any losses resulting from such changes.

Prohibitions & Fraudulent Activity

AE88 takes a very serious stance against any form of fraud, abuse, or activity that undermines the integrity of the platform. Our monitoring systems operate 24 hours a day to detect and prevent any suspicious activity.

• Opening more than one account to obtain multiple bonuses or circumvent wagering limits is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to exploit technical bugs, system errors, or software vulnerabilities for personal gain is strictly prohibited.
• Money laundering or the use of illegally obtained funds through the AE88 platform is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes is a serious violation that will result in immediate account closure.
• Using a credit or debit card that does not belong to you to make a deposit is prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence.

Account Closure & Suspension

You have the right to close your AE88 account at any time by contacting our support team. Equally, AE88 reserves the right to suspend or close your account should any part of these Terms and Conditions be breached.

• Account closure at member request — available balances will be refunded after identity verification, subject to any outstanding bonus conditions.
• Account closure due to rule violations — AE88 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and withhold cash balances pending the completion of an investigation.
• For the Self-Exclusion program, accounts may be suspended for a period of 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently.
• After account closure, all personal data will be retained for the period required by law before being deleted.

Liability Limits & Disclaimer

AE88 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

• AE88 is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions, technical errors, or circumstances beyond our control.
• The decision to place a bet is entirely the member's responsibility. AE88 does not provide any financial advice or guarantee of winnings.
• AE88's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount you made in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which AE88 operates. Any disputes will be resolved through the established arbitration procedures.
